Reagan Library Cafe and Grounds

Dear Adventure Avenue,

After going through Air Force One, the Reagan exhibits, and the Star Wars exhibits, we went to eat in the Cafe. Because we became Foundation members, we got a discount at lunch!

Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of lunch, but my mom and I split a delicious beef dip sandwich, my brother had a burger, and my dad had a slice of pizza.

While we were eating, we started chatting with someone from the area after taking a picture of her and companions. She recommended eating at Westlake Village at Boccaccio’s which is right on the water for dinner.

We finished eating and went to look at the outside planes and tank.

We also saw a piece of the Berlin wall.

After seeing the wall, we saw the final resting place of Ronald and Nancy Reagan and Gripper’s Grove.

After finishing at the library, we went back to the hotel and swam in the pool for a bit before heading out to dinner at Boccaccio’s.

We stayed one more night at the Hyatt Regency in Westlake, had breakfast in the hotel and headed home to Orange County with a pit stop at Phillipe’s in LA for sandwiches.

Until next time,

A
