Authentic Neapolitan Pizza in Frisco, Texas – Pizzeria Testa

Dear Adventure Avenue,

On one of my recent trips to Texas in the Dallas area, I met my Godmother at Pizzeria Testa for some delicious Neapolitan pizza and Italian food.

It was a little too hot to sit outside, so we sat inside with a view of the pizza oven.

For our starter, we got a Cotto Rosette which was like an elevated pizza roll.

We then split a salsiccia pizza. The crust was thin, fresh, and not super crispy (my dad would have asked for them to try to burn it), but it was just how I like my pizza!

My favorite part of the meal had to be this dessert: Nutella Panuozzi. As a Nutella lover, I really enjoyed this. It actually reminded me of being in Italy because of the Nutella pizzas we had there.

Until next time,

A
