Dear Adventure Avenue,
Back in February, I went to Hard Eight BBQ at The Colony for some Texas barbecue!
I picked out the meat at the counter along with some sides. The beans were all you can eat! For sides, I got potato salad, mac n cheese, and coleslaw.
The brisket and pulled pork were delicious and I really enjoyed the coleslaw.
All in all, I enjoyed my first Texas barbecue experience!
