Day 3
July 12, 2019
Dear Adventure Avenue,
Today we were changing rooms, so we started with a leisurely morning. We ate bagels with cream cheese and watched Friends reruns.
After checking out, we went to Whalers Village. We walked around and looked in some shops before we went to lunch at the Monkey Pod.
Sand People stores are easily closed, but soon return in greater numbers
I had the Kalua pork and pineapple pizza. The pizza was okay, but it was not my favorite.
We then went to Safeway to pick up stuff for dinner. We got some sauerkraut for our hot dogs and I got the impression that most people in Hawaii don’t eat it. This was due to the fact that there was dust on the cans.
After that we went back to the hotel. My brother and I went swimming in the pool while my parents went to a timeshare meeting. After their meeting, we went to the beach and then to the pool again.
For dinner, my dad barbecued hot dogs. The rest of the night we stayed in and watched tv.
