Momiji Sushi + Salt & Straw – Seattle Washington 2024

Dear Adventure Avenue,

During my October 2024 Seattle trip, I ate dinner at Momiji, a sushi restaurant in Seattle Washington. This restaurant didn’t look like much from the outside, but inside was very nice!

  • I believe this was the Kurobuta no Kakuni – braised pork shoulder.
  • I really enjoyed this Pike’s Place roll
  • The Panda roll is the one in the back. I’m not sure what the other one was.

All the sushi we got was really good! I’d definitely eat here again.

After dinner, we decided to go get ice cream at Salt & Straw, which was a short walk away from Momiji.

I tried both the honey lavender and the olive oil ice cream. The honey lavender was very lavender-y.

I ended up getting the Arbequina Olive Oil ice cream, which was really good! It sounds weird, but the ice cream was super creamy.

After grabbing ice cream, we started walking back to the hotel, The Paramount. On our way there, we stumbled upon a Starbucks Reserve.
