This spinach cottage cheese past is super easy to make, filling, and makes a lot! It can also be easily turned into a kid friendly meal by separating out the plain buttered pasta.

- Bag of Chopped frozen spinach
- Cottage cheese
- .5 to 1 cube of Butter
- 1lb of pasta
Recipe
Boil some water for pasta and cook the 1lb of pasta.
While the pasta boils, cook spinach in microwave and press out all the water. After the water is pressed out, add a quarter to half stick of butter into the hot spinach and mix.
This will make the spinach all nice and butter-y.
After the pasta is done put half a cube to 3/4 cube of butter into the drained pasta.
Mix in the spinach and dump the entire thing of cottage cheese into the pot.
Then mix it all together and dinner is ready!

Ingredients
- 1 cube butter (or .5 to 1 cube of butter)
- 16 oz package of cottage cheese
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach (it really should be the chopped spinach)
- 1 lb pasta

- Mix in the spinach and dump the entire container of cottage cheese into the pot.
- Then mix it all together and dinner is ready!
