Spinach Cottage Cheese Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cube butter (or .5 to 1 cube of butter)
  • 16 oz package of cottage cheese
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach (it really should be the chopped spinach)
  • 1 lb pasta

Instructions
 

  • Boil some water for pasta and cook the 1lb of pasta.
  • While the pasta boils, cook spinach in microwave until thawed and press out all the water. After the water is pressed out, add a quarter to half stick of butter into the hot spinach and mix. This will make the spinach all nice and butter-y.
  • After the pasta is done, put half a cube to 3/4 cube of butter into the drained pasta.
  • Mix in the spinach and dump the entire container of cottage cheese into the pot.
  • Then mix it all together and dinner is ready!
