Dear Adventure Avenue,
At the end of March, my grand-mere and I went on a trip to France. Our first stop was Carcassonne. We stayed at the Hôtel de la Cité.
We were lucky and got upgraded to a bigger room!
We had a ground floor room with a lovely patio.
Behind this door, is the front door. In the door is the bathroom. The bathroom was huge for a European bathroom!
We thought there was air conditioning, and ended up heating up the room as hot as it could go until we found out from reception that there is no air conditioning. Once we found that out, we just opened the door before bed too cool the room off.
All in all, it was a great hotel!
