Poulet aux Tomates

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • 1.5 cups flour if you need more to finish breading your chicken, add a little more.
  • Tarragon to taste
  • Black Pepper ground to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 medium sized tomatoes
  • Olive oil enough to cover the bottom of the pan so the chicken won't stick.

Method
 

  1. Bread your chicken thighs in a flour, tarragon, salt, and pepper mix.
  2. Stick said chicken thighs into a lightly greased pot (we used olive oil). Get them a little bit browned on the outside.
  3. Then cut your tomatoes in half and stick them in your pot with the chicken to cook. The juices from the tomatoes will help cook your chicken.
  4. Let it simmer for 45 minutes.
