Method
- Bread your chicken thighs in a flour, tarragon, salt, and pepper mix.
- Stick said chicken thighs into a lightly greased pot (we used olive oil). Get them a little bit browned on the outside.
- Then cut your tomatoes in half and stick them in your pot with the chicken to cook. The juices from the tomatoes will help cook your chicken.
- Let it simmer for 45 minutes.
